Welcome to Ella Via Flowers and Gifts! Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with us. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and processed.
- Custom orders or large event orders (such as weddings or corporate events) may require a signed agreement and deposit.
Delivery & Pickup
- We deliver locally within a designated area from our North Granby, CT location. Please check our website or call us to confirm if your address is within our delivery range.
- Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our cut-off time (typically 12 PM EST), subject to flower availability.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
- In the event the recipient is not home, flowers may be left in a safe location or returned to the shop for rescheduling at our discretion.
Substitution Policy
- Due to seasonal and regional availability, we reserve the right to substitute flowers, greenery, containers, or gifts with items of equal or greater value and similar style.
- We make every effort to maintain the overall look and feel of the arrangement as pictured or requested.
Event & Wedding Orders
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) is required to reserve your date. The balance is due at least 14 days before the event.
- Final floral selections must be confirmed no later than 3 weeks before the event.
- Changes to event orders may not be possible after a specified cutoff and are subject to additional charges.
- We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, venue restrictions, etc.).
Cancellations & Refunds
- Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund.
- Event Orders: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may not be eligible for a refund of any additional payments.
- Custom work is non-refundable once flowers have been purchased or design work has begun.
Returns & Issues
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, customer satisfaction is our priority.
- If you experience a problem with your order (e.g., quality issue or delivery concern), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can make it right.
Privacy & Security
- Your personal information is kept secure and is used solely for processing your order and providing customer service.
- We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
